Regent Seven Seas pushes a single idea harder than anyone else at sea: the fare covers almost everything, so almost nothing gets signed for on board. The operator markets the fleet as The World's Most Luxurious Fleet and the proposition as The World's Most Inclusive Luxury Experience, and the small print mostly supports it. Seven hulls, six of them sailing now, all-suite throughout, and Regent publishes 99 per cent of those suites as having a private balcony — the exceptions are the window suites on Seven Seas Navigator.
The real differentiator is the excursion programme. Unlimited shore excursions are in the fare — not a credit, not a chosen few — and the catalogue runs into the thousands across Regent's regions. Alongside that: every specialty restaurant at no added cost, unlimited beverages and fine wines, Starlink WiFi, pre-paid gratuities, valet laundry, unlimited access to the spa facilities, and a one-night pre-cruise hotel for guests in Concierge-level suites and above.
One thing has changed, and it matters. Regent's Air Concierge programme launched on 1 April 2026 for guests in the United States and Canada, and it replaced the Ultimate All-Inclusive Fare pricing option. Flights are now arranged through a dedicated air team at real-time market fares rather than bundled into the cruise price. Anything you read about free business-class air arriving automatically predates that change.
Who it suits: travellers who want the shore programme handled and the onboard bill closed, on a ship big enough for eight dining venues and a full theatre. These are ships, not yachts — 496 guests on Navigator up to 746 on the Explorer-class ships — so anyone after a hundred-guest, swim-platform feel is looking at the wrong line. Within the fleet, the Explorer class of Explorer, Splendor and Grandeur is the newest and most lavishly finished; Voyager, Mariner and Navigator are older, smaller and quieter.

Seven Seas Prestige

ANNOUNCED, NOT YET SAILING. The largest ship Regent has built and the first of a new Prestige class — 822 guests, 630 crew, 411 suites across 12 decks. Regent lists her as setting sail winter 2026 with reservations open for the inaugural season; the maiden voyage is a transatlantic from Barcelona in December 2026. Twelve accommodation categories, including the new Skyview Suites and the Skyview Regent Suite, and eleven ways to dine.

Veranda Suite
28.5 sq m (Explorer class)
The entry category on the Explorer-class ships. Balcony included. On Seven Seas Navigator the equivalent entry room is the Deluxe Window Suite, which has no balcony.
Concierge Suite
38.6-43.1 sq m (Explorer class)
The tier that changes what you get rather than just how much room you get. Regent starts the one-night pre-cruise hotel package at Concierge level and above, and opens Air Concierge access 270 days out rather than 240. This is the first tier we argue for.
Penthouse Suite
52.1-59.8 sq m (Explorer class)
Where butler service begins — Regent's inclusions list specifies butler service in Penthouse suites and higher. Sizes differ by ship; the Mariner and Voyager figures are smaller than the Explorer-class ones quoted here.
Regent Suite
472.7 sq m including balconies (Explorer class)
The single top suite on Explorer, Splendor and Grandeur, one per ship. Regent describes two bedrooms, an in-suite spa retreat and a Steinway piano, with a Tresse Minipool on the balcony; Regent Suite guests also get The Study, a private dining room for up to 12 guests. Note the published figure includes the balconies — the interior is smaller.
Skyview Suites
New on Seven Seas Prestige, which does not enter service until December 2026, and not available anywhere else in the fleet. One of twelve categories on that ship, in three layouts named Aura, Luna and Sola, with private in-suite elevators, second-floor private terraces and a personal butler. Above them sits the Skyview Regent Suite, which Regent describes as nearly 9,000 square feet.

Compass Rose
The main restaurant on every ship and the room the fleet is built around — breakfast and dinner, no surcharge, no reservation battle on most nights. Its everyday counterpart is La Veranda, which serves buffets indoors and al fresco by day and converts at night into Sette Mari for a la carte Italian.
Chartreuse
Modern French, Parisian in decor and pacing. On Seven Seas Prestige, due in service December 2026, Regent describes it as a contemporary sanctuary where heritage and modernity converge.
Prime 7
The steakhouse. Aged New York strip, porterhouse and filet mignon. On Prestige, Regent says the room will draw on Chicago's art deco skyline.
Pacific Rim
Pan-Asian, entered past a Tibetan prayer wheel on Seven Seas Explorer. The most theatrical of the specialty rooms.
Serene Spa & Wellness
The spa across the fleet. Unlimited access to the spa facilities is in the fare; individual treatments are not.
Connoisseur Club
The cigar lounge — an old-school gentlemen's-club room that survives on Regent when most lines have dropped theirs.
Where it sails
Mediterranean and Northern Europe
Regent's two largest programmes by some distance — the Mediterranean is the biggest single region in the catalogue by ports and included excursions, and Northern Europe covers the Baltic, the Norwegian coast and the British Isles. This is where most of the fleet spends the northern summer.
Caribbean and Panama Canal
The winter counterweight to Europe, and where the new ship starts: Seven Seas Prestige opens with a transatlantic from Barcelona to Miami in December 2026, then Caribbean sailings.
Alaska
A short summer season on the Inside Passage, with Hubbard Glacier the set piece. Seven Seas Explorer is the usual hull, and the sailings Regent features run from late May into September — we confirm the exact window at enquiry rather than assuming it.
Worldwide, Grand Voyages and World Cruises
Regent publishes Grand Voyages and full World Cruises as their own categories, alongside Africa & Arabia, Asia, Australia & New Zealand, South America, South Pacific, Bermuda, Canada & New England and transoceanic crossings. The long voyages sell furthest ahead of anything else in the programme.

What is actually included in a Regent Seven Seas fare?
More than any rival at this level. Unlimited shore excursions, every specialty restaurant at no added cost, unlimited beverages and fine wines, an in-suite mini bar replenished to your preferences, unlimited access to the spa facilities, Starlink WiFi, pre-paid gratuities, valet laundry and 24-hour in-suite dining. Butler service starts at Penthouse level, and a one-night pre-cruise hotel package starts at Concierge level. Spa treatments and Regent Choice excursions sit outside the fare.
Is business-class air still included?
Not as an automatic part of the fare for guests in the United States and Canada. Regent launched its Air Concierge programme on 1 April 2026 and it replaced the Ultimate All-Inclusive Fare pricing option. Flights are now arranged through Regent's dedicated air team at real-time market fares, with a choice of routing, airline and cabin class, rather than bundled in at a fixed value. Complimentary coach transfers between airport and ship remain, on embarkation and disembarkation days. Older articles describing free business-class air as standard predate this change.
Which ship should we choose?
The Explorer class — Seven Seas Explorer (2016), Seven Seas Splendor (2020) and Seven Seas Grandeur (2023) — is the newest and most lavishly finished, at 744 to 746 guests each with eleven suite categories. Seven Seas Voyager (2003) and Seven Seas Mariner (2001) are a generation older and a little smaller. Seven Seas Navigator (1999) is the smallest at 496 guests and the only ship where the entry category has a window rather than a balcony. Seven Seas Prestige, at 822 guests, does not enter service until December 2026.
When should we book?
Sooner than you would for a hotel. The suite you want on a given date is a fixed inventory of one to a few, and the long voyages go first. There is also a mechanical reason: Air Concierge access opens 270 days before sailing for Concierge Suites and above and for Seven Seas Society Platinum-level and above members, and 240 days out for everyone below, so booking the right tier early buys you a better shot at the flights you want.
