Everything we arrange
Via Privata is an IATA-accredited luxury travel advisory. One advisor plans and books the whole journey — the hotels, the villa weeks, the flights, the boats and trains and everything between them — at the same rates you'd pay booking direct, with preferred-partner benefits attached. This page is the full list of what that covers.
Hotels & Resorts
The core of the practice. We book the hotel's own flexible rate — identical to booking direct — and attach preferred-partner amenities: daily breakfast for two, a room upgrade when available, a hotel or spa credit of typically USD 100, priority early check-in and late checkout, and VIP recognition before you arrive.
Private Villas & Chalets
For the weeks a hotel is the wrong shape: staffed villas and ski chalets through our villa partners, from the Mediterranean summer to the Alpine season. We run the search and handle the whole booking.
Yachts & Voyages
Luxury and ultra-luxury cruise lines only: the hotel-brand yachts, the all-inclusive fleets and true polar expedition. The same fare you'd pay direct, with onboard credit and preferred amenities attached — and full-yacht charter for something more private.
River Barges
The seven Belmond hotel barges on the canals of Burgundy, Champagne, Provence and Bordeaux — four to twelve guests, a chef aboard, mostly whole-boat charter, moving at walking pace.
Rail Journeys
The great trains, from the Venice Simplon-Orient-Express to Peru's Andean Explorer. Cabins sell out far ahead — we book the train, then plan the hotels at either end around it.
Flights
Flight planning and ticketing alongside the itinerary. We favor nonstop routings and sensible arrival times — and would rather move a date than accept a bad connection. Private charter when the trip calls for it.
Management fee
USD 100 per ticket — covers seat selection to your preference, communication with the airline on your behalf, and changes when plans move.
On the Ground
Chauffeured transfers, a rental car when you'd rather drive, private guides and day tours — arranged around your itinerary and your pace rather than sold as a package.

Multi-country journeys designed and managed end to end — every hotel, flight, transfer and guide in one plan, with one person responsible for the whole of it.

Already booked direct? Send us the confirmation number and we attach preferred-partner amenities to the reservation you hold. Complimentary, as always.

Honeymoons, anniversaries, corporate retreats and family gatherings. We tell the hotel what you're celebrating before you arrive and shape the stay around it — hotels are consistently more generous for an occasion.

A message is enough — the form, email or WhatsApp. Rough dates and a feeling are as workable as a fixed brief.

A short list of properties or routings that fit, with exact pricing and what each includes — not a brochure.

We book, you pay direct
Payment never runs through us. Your card, direct with the hotel or operator, with cancellation terms stated plainly before anything is confirmed.

One person, the whole way
The same advisor before, during and after the trip — on WhatsApp mid-journey when a plan needs changing. Founder Albina Sharapova oversees every journey.
What this costs
Hotel bookings — the core of what we do — cost you nothing: hotels and their partner programs compensate us after your stay, and it never touches your rate. Only airline ticketing carries a management fee, set out below.
