Text messages (SMS)
- Program: Via Privata enquiry notices.
- How you join: tick the text-message box when you send an enquiry on privata.travel. The box is optional; you can send an enquiry without it.
- What we send: at most one text per enquiry, about that enquiry only, for example to tell you that our email reply is waiting in your inbox. We never send marketing by text.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
- Help: reply HELP, or write to concierge@privata.travel.
- Stop: reply STOP at any time. You will receive one confirmation and no further texts.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: we do not share mobile numbers or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
