Beverly Wilshire opened in January 1928 on Wilshire Boulevard at the foot of Rodeo Drive, and Four Seasons has managed it since 1992. It began as a single building and added the fourteen-floor Beverly Wing in 1971; the Wilshire Wing stands ten floors high. There are 395 keys, 137 of them suites, and the MICHELIN Guide's 2026 selection gives the hotel Two Keys. Pretty Woman made it known worldwide in 1990, and the hotel still plays on it: guests are invited to take a photo in the elevators where Vivian had her moment in the film, and THE Blvd pours a Feeling Pretty cocktail. Do not confuse it with Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills, a separate hotel.
The wing matters more than the category name: a Signature Room can be in either wing. The Signature Balcony Room and the One-Bedroom Beverly Suite are Beverly Wing categories that David Collins Studio reworked in 2022, in soft pastels with a nod to Syrie Maugham's 1934 white drawing room. The Penthouse Suite is on the fourteenth floor of the same wing: 5,000 square feet, with a wraparound terrace and 270-degree views from Rodeo Drive to Downtown Los Angeles. In the Wilshire Wing, the two-bedroom Wilshire Presidential Suite runs to 4,000 square feet on the eighth floor. If a balcony matters, ask for it by name and have it confirmed in writing.
