United Arab Emirates

Luxury hotels, insider access, and bespoke itineraries

The Destination

The United Arab Emirates has compressed a century of hospitality ambition into a single generation. Dubai and Abu Dhabi are home to some of the world's most spectacular hotels — but beyond the superlatives, the emirates also offer genuine refinement, desert silence, and beaches that rival any in the region.

Four Seasons Dubai at Jumeirah Beach is the city's most polished beach address, a calmer counterpoint to the mega-resorts; Bulgari Dubai occupies its own seahorse-shaped island; One&Only maintains The Palm and the Arabian-fantasy Royal Mirage; and the Ritz-Carlton spans a DIFC city tower and, at Al Wadi in Ras Al Khaimah, a desert reserve of Bedouin-style pool villas within an hour of the coast.

The UAE is at its best as a curated few days rather than a sprint between attractions. We match the right base to your trip — beach, skyline, or desert — and layer in the experiences that justify the journey: a dawn dune drive, a helicopter over the Palm, a table at a hard-to-book restaurant — with preferred-partner benefits on every stay. Dubai also makes an ideal stopover, pairing naturally with the Maldives, the Seychelles, or Europe.

Best Time to Visit

November to March is the season — warm, sunny days ideal for the beach and the desert, and the calendar's marquee events. October and April are hot but workable. From May to September the heat is extreme and outdoor life moves indoors, though this is when the finest resorts offer their most generous value for travellers who don't mind planning around the midday sun.

Insider Tips

For a first visit we favour Four Seasons Dubai at Jumeirah Beach as a refined base, then add a night under the stars at the Ritz-Carlton Al Wadi Desert for the contrast — dunes, falconry, and silence within a short drive of the city. Because Dubai connects so well onward, we often build it into a longer itinerary as a two- or three-night opener before the Maldives or the Seychelles, and handle the flights and transfers as one seamless plan.

Frequently Asked

What is the best luxury hotel in Dubai?

For a resort stay, Four Seasons Dubai at Jumeirah Beach — beachfront, polished and family-strong, with the skyline across the water. For a city base, The Ritz-Carlton DIFC sits in the financial district's gallery-and-restaurant quarter. Many of our clients split a stay between beach and city.

When is the best time to visit Dubai?

November through April, when the weather is warm rather than fierce — beach days, alfresco dining and desert evenings all work. Summer (June–September) is extremely hot but brings the year's best rates, and everything indoors is air-conditioned to perfection.

Is Dubai good for a stopover?

It is one of the world's great stopovers — two or three nights breaks the Europe–Asia journey perfectly, with a beach resort to reset, the desert an hour away, and dining that now genuinely competes globally. We arrange the desert excursions and late checkout around your onward flight.
