One&Only describes Royal Mirage as a beachfront oasis in the heart of Dubai, set in gardens along Jumeirah Beach and looking out to Palm Jumeirah near Dubai Marina. The resort it sells today has two parts, Arabian Court and The Residence, whose sea-facing rooms and suites overlook 65 acres of palm-filled gardens and a one-kilometre private beach, plus a Garden Villa and a Beach Villa. Dubai International Airport is about 30 minutes away by car.
Choose the part before the room. Arabian Court is the family side: its lagoon-style pool has a slide for children, and its ground-floor Garden rooms open straight onto the gardens. The Residence is adults-only, and its room pages list a pool reserved for Residence guests, a 60-minute spa treatment per person per stay, daily breakfast and afternoon tea, and a host service. The resort's KidsOnly club takes children aged four to 11. For dining, Trèsind, Indian and listed in the MICHELIN Guide, is in Arabian Court, and DRIFT Dubai is the beach club and French restaurant.
