Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach
A 14-acre beachfront estate on Jumeirah Beach Road with 270 metres of natural beach, three pools and the city skyline behind it
The Privata Perspective
The Jumeirah stretch is where Dubai's beach hotels sit, and this one takes fourteen acres of it — 270 metres of natural sand, three pools, and the city skyline standing behind the loungers. It opened in November 2014, purpose-built rather than converted, with WATG on the architecture and BAMO on the interiors. Twenty-five minutes from the airport, it is close enough to town that clients use it as a city hotel with a beach attached.
The view decides the stay. Every standard category runs to the same 70 square metres, so the premium buys orientation rather than floor space — city, resort, partial sea, or the full Premier Sea-View. Above those sit forty-nine suites, topped by a 600-square-metre Royal. We book sea-facing and treat resort-view as the fallback.
We book it for families and for couples who want beach days without giving up the city, and we book the cool months. Sea Fu and Mercury Rooftop are reserved when the room is, not on arrival.
Accommodations
Deluxe City-View Room
70 m² 753 sq.ft.
The largest block in the house at 72 keys — same floor area as every other standard category, looking inland
Premier Sea-View Room
70 m² 753 sq.ft.
Forty-eight of them, and the reason to pay up: identical size, full Gulf outlook
Jumeirah Sea-View Suite
136 m² 1,463 sq.ft.
Ten suites with the sea in front; the first category we quote for a longer stay
Royal Suite
600 m² 6,458 sq.ft.
The largest key on the property — one only, and it books out around the winter season
Dining
Sea Fu
Modern seafood
The signature room, on the sand, with interiors by Tihany Design of New York — the hardest table here to walk into
Mercury Rooftop
Mediterranean-Asian
The rooftop, designed by Sundukovy Sisters; the portal files it as a lounge and the press office as a restaurant
Jou Jou Brasserie
Mediterranean
A Tristan Du Plessis interior, and the resort's all-day Mediterranean room
Hendricks Bar
Cocktails
The resort bar, listed among the lounges alongside the Sea Fu Bar
Shai Salon & Terrace
Tea and light fare
The tea salon and its terrace — where afternoons go when the beach is too hot
Spa & Wellness
The spa runs to 706 square metres (7,600 square feet) across ten treatment rooms, with deluxe aqua thermal experiences, gardens, and an indoor swimming pool set under a glass canopy — a showpiece in a city where lavish spas are the standard.
