The Fan Club is Mandarin Oriental's own programme for its leading travel agencies. Travellers do not join it — you book through an advisor whose agency holds the status.

Can I join the Fan Club myself?
No. Despite the name it is a programme for agencies, not a loyalty club travellers join — there is nothing to sign up for. You reach it by booking through an advisor whose agency holds the status.
What does the Fan Club add to a stay?
Eligible stays typically add daily breakfast for two, a property credit, upgrade priority subject to availability, flexible check-in and check-out subject to availability, and VIP recognition, at the hotel's own rate. The property credit is US$100.
Does booking through the Fan Club cost more?
No. The nightly rate is identical to the hotel's published rate, and we charge no booking fee on hotel stays. The benefits are added to that rate, never priced on top of it.
Which Mandarin Oriental stays does it apply to?
The benefits attach to an eligible booking made by the advisor. We confirm which apply to your dates and room category in writing before anything is confirmed.
