The Privata Perspective
Four Seasons Resort Seychelles has had its own private bay on Mahe since February 2009 — a hillside of dense planting running down to Petite Anse, thirty minutes by road from the airport rather than a boat transfer and a second flight. All sixty-seven keys are freestanding villas or suites, each with its own pool, deck and outdoor shower.
The category decides the stay, and not by size. All four villa types are the same 186 square metres, so you are choosing the view and your position on the slope: Garden-View sits inside the planting, the twenty-five Hilltop Ocean-View villas take the widest outlook, and only the suites gain floor area.
We book it for honeymoons, for families who want one address instead of an island-hop, and for anyone who wants the Indian Ocean without a seaplane leg. April–May and October–November are the calm windows; June to September brings the trades. Il Forno, the beachfront Neapolitan room, opened in June 2026.

Spa & Wellness
Le Syel Spa runs eight treatment rooms in Hirsch Bedner Associates interiors; every double room has its own changing facilities, restroom, indoor massage beds, outdoor bathtub and rain shower. Products are MyBlend, Belliche and Temple Spa. The operator publishes no spa floor area.
