The Privata Perspective
The Collection's newest Maison, opened in December 2024 on Mahé's wild southwestern coast. Jean-Michel Gathy answers the granite-and-jungle setting with 52 villas — 24 along the sand of Anse Intendance, 28 in the green hills behind — every one with a private pool, running from 220 to 1,950 square metres. Five restaurants and a jungle-set Guerlain spa make it the most complete new address in the Indian Ocean. We secure the beachfront villas and the festive windows, which sell first.
