Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort
A 26.5-acre Four Seasons inside Walt Disney World, with five pools, a five-acre water park and a Tom Fazio golf course
The Privata Perspective
Four Seasons Orlando sits inside Walt Disney World, in the Golden Oak enclave, on 26.5 acres. It opened in August 2014 — purpose-built, not a conversion — with WTG Design and HKS on the architecture, EDSA on the landscape and Anderson Miller on the interiors. Five pools, the five-acre Explorer Island water park, and a Tom Fazio golf course sit on the grounds.
The room decides less than usual here. Every standard category runs to the same 500 square feet, so the premium buys orientation — resort, lake, Golden Oak or park. Park View is the one people come for, 105 keys of it, and Golden Oak View is the largest block at 175. Above them sit sixty-eight suites, topped by a single 3,300-square-foot Royal.
We book it for families who want the parks without a park hotel, and for multigenerational groups who need the suites. November to April is the season to take. The Park View categories go first, so we request them at booking, not on arrival.
