The Privata Perspective
Four Seasons opened Cabo Del Sol in June 2024, purpose-built rather than rebranded, inside the private community on Cabo's Golden Corridor that gives it its name. Meyer Davis did the interiors and Bob Glazier the architecture, which moves from Mexican colonial at the entrance to something cleaner as the village steps down to the sand. Ninety-six guest rooms and suites, every one ocean-view or oceanfront.
Two buildings decide the stay. La Casona rooms are the entry at 79 square metres, in the heart of the resort beside the lobby bar; the Casitas run to 109, and the plunge-pool versions to 164. Oceanfront is the scarce thing here — three casita rooms and three casita suites, against twenty-one ocean-view casitas set further back.
We book it for golfers, for families who want an adult pool kept separate, and for anyone who wants a resort that opened in 2024. November to May is the window. The three oceanfront casitas are requested the day a booking is confirmed.

Tierra Mar means land by the sea. The operator ties it to the Baja coastline and the Kumiai, whose knowledge of native healing plants shapes the holistic rituals. Ten treatment rooms, two of them couple's suites, and a spa pool. No floor area is published.
