The Privata Perspective
Four Seasons did not renovate the Naples Beach Hotel and Golf Club; it built a new resort on the site and opened it in November 2025. What carries over is the address — 125 acres and 1,000 feet of white sand in the heart of Old Naples — and two beachfront names, HB’s and Sunset Bar. Hart Howerton drew it, Champalimaud dressed it.
Aspect decides the stay, not floor area. Almost every guest room runs to the same 532 square feet, so resort-view, partial-ocean and ocean-view buy orientation rather than space, and the ocean categories are the biggest blocks in the house. Fifty-seven suites sit above them, from 847-square-foot studios to the 5,155-square-foot Sabal.
We book it for families and for couples who want a Gulf beach week without a long-haul flight, and December through April is the window Naples is built around. Summer is hot, wet and much quieter. The Tom Fazio course, The Gardens, is not open yet — the operator dates it to late 2026.
