Fleur de Lys carries six guests in three cabins, and Belmond's own description of them is the useful one: each has an oversized window, a double bed and a spacious en-suite. On a barge the window matters more than the square metres, because the view changes all day and you spend most of it looking out of it.
She works Burgundy, running between Saint-Léger-sur-Dheune and Pontailler-sur-Saône in both directions. The westbound route goes by way of Chagny, Fragnes, Seurre and Auxonne on the Canal du Centre; the return comes down the Saône through Dijon. Six nights either way, as with every journey in this fleet.
A small oddity worth flagging, because you will see it: Belmond's own copy describes her as gliding along the waterways of southern France, while every port she calls at is in Burgundy. That is Belmond's phrasing rather than an error on our part, and the routing is the thing to trust.
