Four Seasons Resort Nevis, West Indies
A 350-acre estate on Pinney's Beach, with an eighteen-hole Robert Trent Jones II course and Nevis Peak standing behind it
The Privata Perspective
Four Seasons Nevis opened in February 1991 and holds 350 acres of Pinney's Beach, on an island most people reach through St. Kitts — fifteen minutes by car, then fifteen by boat. The Robert Trent Jones II course runs behind the beach at par 71 over 6,766 yards, with eight tennis courts, four pickleball courts and three pools filling in the rest.
The room decides the view rather than the size. Ocean-View, Ocean-Side and Nevis Peak-View all print between 45 and 52 square metres, so the premium buys what you look at: the sea and the sand, the tropical gardens, or the volcano above the fairways. Above them sit twenty-four suites, from the Indigo at 66 square metres up to the two Alexander Suites at 164.
We book it for families and for golfers who want the Caribbean without the crowds, and we book the dry months. Villas and residences are let separately from the hotel keys — worth raising early if you are travelling as a group.
