Angama means 'suspended in mid-air' in Swahili, and that is the sensation: two intimate camps of fifteen tented suites each, hung on the lip of the Great Rift Valley escarpment with the Mara Triangle spread out below. Floor-to-ceiling glass fronts put the savannah in bed with you, the Out of Africa picnic site sits on the property, and game drives descend into some of the least crowded, most game-rich country in the Mara ecosystem.
