Les Airelles, Courchevel
An Austro-Hungarian fairy-tale Palace at the foot of the Courchevel 1850 slopes, with Matsuhisa and the Italian table at Carrara
The Privata Perspective
The grande dame of Courchevel — opulent, family-friendly at the top end, and ski-in/ski-out from the Bellecôte piste. Pierre Gagnaire's two-star table anchors a four-restaurant line-up. We book the south-facing suites and the children's-club allocations that sell out first.
