Three properties define the top tier. Adare Manor, the neo-Gothic masterpiece in Limerick, holds a Michelin star in The Oak Room and hosts the Ryder Cup on its Tom Fazio course from 13 to 19 September 2027. Ashford Castle, 800 years old on the shore of Lough Corrib and a two-Key hotel in 2026, runs Ireland's oldest school of falconry inside a Red Carnation restoration. And Ballyfin Demesne — 21 rooms and suites in a walled 614-acre estate — holds three MICHELIN Keys and a Michelin star for its own restaurant.
