Four Seasons Hotel Seoul is a purpose-built tower at Gwanghwamun rather than a conversion: it opened in 2015 with Heerim as architect, LTW Designworks on the rooms and public spaces, and André Fu and AvroKO splitting the restaurants between them. Three hundred and seventeen keys, 285 rooms and 32 suites.
The aspect decides the stay. The Executive Suites are the only categories sold on what they face: sixteen Palace-View, nine City-View. The room categories below them are graded by size and layout, from the Deluxe Room up through the wider Corner Premier. If the palace is the reason you came, book the Palace-View line early — sixteen suites out of 317 keys is not many.
